Fire-Roasted Habanero Oil
A bold, savory finishing oil made with fire-roasted peppers, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of heat.
Born From Fire. Made for Flavor.
Fire Makes the Difference.
We fire-roast our habaneros, onions, shallots, and garlic to build layers of flavor, then bring it all together with avocado oil, fresh cilantro, and a bright finish of lime.
Bold flavor. Real ingredients. Made to finish just about anything.
More Than Heat.
Savory, bright, and a little salty, with a habanero heat that builds gently without overpowering the food.
The flavor stays balanced while the warmth lingers — steady, satisfying, and always inviting another bite.
Try it on:

So… ¿Qué Pedo?
¿Qué pedo? is Mexican slang that can mean “What’s up?” “What’s going on?” or “What’s the deal?” depending on how you say it.
Literally? Pedo means fart. But depending on the context, it can mean a whole lot more.
We know. That’s part of the fun.
It’s casual, a little irreverent, and hard to forget — which felt about right for us.
Built Together.
Do your tacos need a little more depth and flavor? Ours did.
Traveling south of the border, we found a solution — a salty, flavorful chile oil we couldn’t stop reaching for. Ron came home, recreated the idea, and then made it his own.
A couple of months later, somewhere between good food, good friends, and a lot of laughing, the name pretty much poofed itself into existence.
Qué Pedo was official.
From our adventure to your table — enjoy!
